Yes, you read that right. I don't go to the Fall Festival for nourishment. I go to entertain myself. And there's no better way to do that than Booth #26, the Evansville Fire Department.
You can almost feel the excitement in the air! (despite the heat and humidity) Within a few weeks Franklin Street on the west side of Evansville will be transformed into one of the biggest festivals in the nation. The first sign that the 2012 Fall Festival is just around the corner is this year's Munchie Map!

The smells of fried food is in the air, and the Fall Festival has begun on West Franklin Street. Posted up at our regular corner at 11th and Franklin, on Monday, I met up with some great folks and enjoyed not only Deep Fried Koolaid, but also Bacon Brownies.
