The best chefs in Southwestern Indiana will prepare a signature dish at The March of Dimes Signature Chef’s Auction this Thursday, November 5th at the Old National Events Plaza, downtown Evansville.

Guests will feast on gourmet offerings from local restaurants, drink champagne and bid on items during the silent and live auctions.  Among the many restaurants participating include Acropolis, Kanpai, Just Rennie’s, Tin Fish, Smitty’s Italian Steakhouse and more!

The 18th annual event helps to raise funds for research to benefit the health of pregnant women and babies and prevent birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality.  November is Prematurity Awareness Month.  To learn more and/or give a donation to the March of Dimes mission visit: marchofdimes.org.
