School Makes Girls Wear Modesty Poncho if Prom Dress is Deemed Not Appropriate

One school is making headlines for it's "modest poncho."  

A school in Dearborn is making headlines because they recently shared a "modest poncho" it's a hot pink poncho that a girl will have to wear if her prom dress is deemed not appropriate for prom.
What are your thoughts on this? It makes me wonder if my prom dress (second from the right in the gold) would have been deemed "inappropriate" due to my neckline being low.
