If you are a fan of Samuel Adams beer, or just beer in general, this is something that is a game changer! Samuel Adams just announced a new beer called Utopias. What's so special about this beer? How about the fact that it is illegal in 12 states!

Utopias is a one of a kind craft beer for one simple reason. It is 56 proof. That means that it has about as much alcohol as most hard liquors. Since it has such a high alcohol content, it is actually BANNED in twelve states. Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, and Washington are all states in which Utopias is ILLEGAL.

The good news is that it isn't illegal in Indiana, Illinois, or Kentucky. They go on sale next month, but before I get too far ahead of myself, I should probably mention that a bottle of Utopias will run you about $199. On top of that, they only made 13,000 total bottles, so finding one might be a little difficult.
