Riverside Drive and More, Here’s This Weekends Road Closures

It's Summertime in the Tri-State, and that means lots of fun events, but with fun events also comes road closures, here's what's closed this weekend! 

According to a recent post from the Evansville Police Department, we're looking at a few road closures for the weekend including Riverside Dr.

Upcoming Street Closures:

The YMCA of Southwestern IN will host the YMCA 5K / 10K on Saturday, August 4th from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. This will close S.E. Riverside Drive from Court Street to Veterans Memorial Parkway; Court Street from S.E. 6th Street to S.E. Riverside Drive; Main Street from 3rd Street to S.E. Riverside Drive; Sycamore Street from N. Main Street to 3rd Street; N Main Street from Sycamore Street to John Street; Vine Street from N. Main Street to 6th Street.

Rise Up And Run Events will host the Brat Trot on Saturday, August 4th from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. This will close W. Maryland Street from N. Fulton to Pigeon Creek; to the Greenway Passage ending right by Cedar Trace Apartments.

Dream Center Evansville will host the Jacobsville Kids Zone Block Party on Tuesday, August 7th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This will close Elliott from Delaware Street to Virginia Street; Iowa Street from Governor Street to Garvin Street
