It's the end of summer which makes me long for crisp air, sweaters, campfires and spooky murder mysteries. The Reitz Home Museum will be hosting "Killing Ruby," a murder mystery tour next Saturday and I am so excited!

Saturday, August 13 at 6 PM
Reitz Home Museum, 224 SE 1st St, Evansville, Indiana 47713
Our Annual Mystery Event! Written and directed by Kelley Coures. Based on actual events from the 1924 murder of Ruby Mauzey in Evansville, Indiana.

In the midst of her scandalous divorce, young Ruby Mauzey was brutally stabbed to death while on an outing with another man. While unable to verbally communicate the identity of her killer, those surrounding her in her final moments were left without a clear answer. Between a retracted confession, the press' condemning of Ruby's lurid behavior, and the surfacing of new evidence over twenty years later, only you can determine who the murderer is!

Mystery Tours begin at 6:00. The final tour of the evening will begin at 8:00.

Admission:
$50 for Reitz Home Members
$60 for Non-Members

Includes performance in the mansion followed by cast party in our carriage house, buffet, and live jazz with After Hours. Wine and beer cash bar.
