Pictures of Clown in Evansville Are Fake

Clowns are creepy enough as it is, without them roaming around all night causing panic in town.  There have been reports of clown sightings all over the U.S. but now...they're in Evansville! 

But I'm here to tell you, there's good news!!! Well not good enough news that I could say clowns aren't in Evansville because thanks to Evansville Watch we now know that's true. BUT these photos are not from Evansville.

I decided to do a reverse image search for this particular clown, and found he was one of the clowns that originally started scaring people in Wasco, California.  I even found the images above all over the web. You can read the article about the Wasco clown here.

So while I sadly can't say that there are not any creepy night clowns in Evansville, I can at least confirm to you that the photos being shared on Facebook are not of the River city clowns.

As for the Evansville clowns, I have yet to see photos, and if you happen to be out at night and see any clowns, maybe don't take photos, just quickly go the other direction...

But this is where things start getting SUPER creepy, I did a quick YouTube search for "creepy clown" and THIS WAS THE THIRD VIDEO!! It's from Evansville!

YIKES!
