The American Red Cross will be collecting personal care items throughout this month for The Totes of Hope program which benefits veterans who are homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless in our community.

The public is invited to make donations for personal care items and other necessities that will be packed into totes and then distributed.

The American Red Cross is asking for the community’s assistance in obtaining as many items as possible. The community is encouraged to donate items such as:

Baby Wipes, Clorox Wipes, Dental Floss, Deodorant, Soap, Shower Shoes or Flip Flops, Stocking Caps/Ear Muffs, Gloves, Small Umbrellas, Socks, Rain Ponchos, and more.

Donations will be accepted through November 1st at the American Red Cross in Evansville.
