According to Webster's directory Parkour is: "the sport of traversing environmental obstacles by running, climbing, or leaping rapidly and efficiently", or if you are like me and have an 11-year-old child, it is a great way for them to burn off some energy and stay active!

My son Avry has been taking Parkour classes at Hardkour Ninja Unlimited Parkour & Freerunning for the past month. It is a great and safe way to learn the proper moves and how to safely execute them!  Think of it as American Ninja Warrior that kids can do!

Check out his run from Friday night! (Parkour is a sport and there is always a chance to get hurt. Please don't try this at home, go to the gym and train 1st!)
