The Ford Center is open and looks great. The Evansville Icemen and the University of Evansville basketball teams are playing there; Bob Seger and Reba McEntire have rocked the Ford Center; the Zac Brown Band and Lady Antebellum are still to come. The only problem is a lack of restaurants and bars to go to before and after events that you can actually get into.
