Over the weekend, my husband and I decided we are going to take part in a 22 day diet challenge. That means, basically, that you have to not only clean out your refrigerator and cupboard of unhealthy and loved items, but you also have to use several unique spices to jazz up the bland food. lol
We opened up the spice cabinet to see what spices we already had. Which was silly because I am not a 'spice' kinda cook unless it's salt, pepper, onion powder or garlic powder. Yet, we found a cabinet FULL of spices. How did this happen? We began to read every label for name use ans expiration date. WOW!! We we shocked.
