New Details On The Death of A Young Woman Found In Warrick County

Police are currently investigating the cause of death of a young woman. Here are the latest details.

According to Eyewitness News, the body of a white female was found in the parking lot near the Alcoa soccer fields around 6:45 AM Monday morning. The woman was later identified as 20-year-old Halee Rathgeber. A sad, tragic end to such a short life. The community morns the loss of this young lady, but the investigation of her death continues after the results of the autopsy was released this morning.

As per Eyewitness news, the results of the autopsy revealed that Halee Rathgeber died from a gunshot wound to the head. This is now being treated at a murder investigation. Both Warrick County Sheriff's Deputies and Indiana State Police are continuing to investigate.
