Miranda Lambert Hangs With Honey Boo Boo
Here comes Honey Boo Boo … all the way to country star Miranda Lambert’s concert in Macon, Ga. with her entire family in tow.
The 7-year-old beauty pageant and TLC phenomenon met the ‘Mama’s Broken Heart’ hitmaker backstage before her concert. Lambert, who has been a longtime fan of Honey Boo Boo (aka Alana Thompson), seemed in high spirits when she tweeted, “You better REDNECKONIZE!” with an adorable photo of the two stars together. It looks like Thompson was channeling her hippie side, with a fringed belly shirt emblazoned with “peace & love.”
Lambert, who has been a longtime fan of Honey Boo Boo, got to experience the entire family, describing them as “so sweet.” Of course, everyone was dying to know if the singer showed them her hilarious Halloween costume, in which she dressed up as … of course, Honey Boo Boo child! She responded, “Oh yes I showed the whole crowd!”
Hopefully the Thompson family approved of Lambert’s costume and had a grand old night on the town. And maybe Honey Boo Boo even let loose on Miranda with some of her telltale sass and redneck sensibilities. Let’s just hope she didn’t bring any of her go-go juice along!
