Mike Harvey is Unable to Travel Thanks to Hurricane Sandy But the Halloween Party is Still On!

Good news and bad news, the good news is that the Monster Mash Bash is still on. The bad news is that I can't be there.

I've been traveling from my home in Florida to Evansville for dance parties for the past 22 years and have never had to cancel an appearance... until now. Just as I was heading for the airport Friday, the winds became so strong that all flights were cancelled. Not to worry, there was an early morning flight available that would get me there in plenty of time.

I got up way too early on Saturday morning, only to discover that the storm had knocked out power lines on  the highway to the airport and there was no telling when the roads would be free of hazards like power lines.

So I'm stuck here in the middle of this windy, rainy weekend when I would much rather be in Evansville for the Monster Mash Bash Dance Party. We'll find a way to make it up to you.

In the meantime, the party is still on with Johnny Kincaid taking my place to play the tunes and keep you amused. Come on out to the Coliseum tonight for a really fun time
