I LOVE funny news stories that leave you laughing and saying "what?!"  and this is one of them! This is a local food cart in downtown Evansville which has all the usual items on it, hot dogs, chips, drinks, sweet tarts, oh and sex toys.  WHAT?!  Yep.  You read that right.
