Sleep is very important to our health and studies have shown that lack of sleep can affect our health in many different ways. In this hustle and bustle world, getting a good night's sleep has become quite challenging. According to a new study, people who have not had enough sleep tend to consume more calories, especially women.

Women tend to consume an average of 329 more calories the day after a bad night's sleep as opposed to men who consume an average 263 more calories under the same conditions. According to the study, overweight people often have sleep problems which could lead to a dangerous and unhealthy cycly of continued weight gain. Click here to read the entire CNN article.
