Leslie’s Lovin It – Bacon Pancakes

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Crazy I know, but it always has been. My kids feel the same way. On weekends, they LOVE for me to fix an enormous breakfast with all the fixins...biscuits and sausage gravy, lots of bacon and pancakes. They will smother the biscuits in gravy and dip the bacon in the lake of syrup on their plate. Well, leave it to Facebook to show me a GREAT way to help my dippers out.

Isn't that AWESOME!! My kid's call them 'Bacon in a Blanket.' HAHA!
