Leslie Shares Her Secret Recipe for Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Potatoes
I have said before that I am not much of a cook but I AM quite a cooker. That means, I don’t actually cook very much, but when I DO, it’s GREAT!! Check out my very simple recipe for Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Potatoes.
- Sausage (any flavor, whatever you like)
- Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Chopped or minced onions
- Hamburger grilling seasoning
You can cut up as many potatoes you need. I prefer to use the pre-cut, diced, frozen kind. It’s much faster and easier. Cook sausage ahead of time. Put potatoes, sausage and other ingredients to taste. (except cheese)
Cook until potatoes are golden brown. When done, turn off heat and sprinkle potato/sausage mix with cheese.
