Legends of the Hidden Temple: The Movie??? [VIDEO]

If you are a child of the 90's, perhaps one of your favorite things to watch on Nickelodeon was Legends of the Hidden Temple. Now it's coming back....as a movie.

I loved this show as a kid. The Green Monkeys, Orange Iguanas, Purple Parrots, Silver Snakes, Blue Barracudas, and the Red Jaguars. I watched it every week and to this day I wish I was on that show! When I saw that they were bringing back Olmec and the Hidden Temple, I was super excited...then I read that it was a movie. I wasn't sure how it would be, because I wanted to see the show make a comeback so bad.

After the release of the trailer this weekend, I was excited to see many aspects of the show featured in the movie, including Olmec, some of the team themes, and even the original host, Kirk Fogg.

Legends of the Hidden Temple: The Movie follows three siblings as they try to escape the hidden temple and prove to everyone that the legend is real. You will notice things like the temple guards, the shrine of the silver monkey, and even some challenges that were inspired by original games played on the show.

Legends of the Hidden Temple: The Movie will air on Nickelodeon this fall. It will be interesting to see if this movie sparks a comeback of the original game show. I for one can only hope so!
