When was the last time you got a good night's sleep?  Getting good sleep is SO important to your health and you need it to function well while you're awake.  If you want to improve the sleep you get, then come to Johnson Hall for Deaconess Hospital's Men's Health Series next presentation on Tuesday evening, June 18.

Melanie Hobbs, RN, RRT and RPSGT will help you learn about the affect sleep has on your overall health and well-being, and how it can improve learning, memory, metabolism, mood, cardiovascular health and immune function.  You'll also learn about sleep hygiene and factors that indicate you many not be sleeping as well as you think you are.

Registration begins at 5 p.m. and the lecture begins at 6 p.m.  Food will be provided by Subway and a pair of Indianapolis Colts tickets will be won by some lucky participant!  You can call 812-450-7000 to get registered.
