It's Law Enforcement Appreciation Day

This Friday, August 26th is Law Enforcement Appreciation Day at the downtown Evansville Farmers Market. In their honor, free lunches will be served to the Evansville City Police and the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Department.

The public is encouraged to give a personal thank you to the Evansville Police Department and the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Department in support of "Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

While you're there, be sure to stock up for the weekend for fresh produce, meats, fruits, cakes, pies, baked bread, gourmet barbecue sauce, honey wine, dog treats, flowers, and more. Don't miss live entertainment and games, too!

The Downtown Evansville Farmers Market is located at 2nd and Sycamore Streets and is open 8am - 1pm.
