Komen Evansville Honors and Recruits Tri-State Volunteers on Thursday
Tri-State volunteers have been working all year long with Komen Evansville at events to help find a cure for Breast Cancer. The Komen Race for the Cure is just around the corner. Volunteers have been working all year long to help find a cure for Breast Cancer. Now is the perfect time to volunteer to help with this amazing and inspiring event and other fundraising events throughout the year.

The Komen Evansville Tri-State Affiliate will be recruiting new volunteers and honoring current volunteers at a banquet to be held Thursday, August 8 at 5:30 pm at the Southern Indiana Career & Technical Center on Lynch Road in Evansville. New volunteers will have a chance to find out more information about different volunteer opportunities with Race for the Cure and other fundraising events. The Volunteer of the Year award will be given.
This year’s Race for the Cure will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 in downtown Evansville!
