Jon’s Discovery of How to Peel a Hard Boiled Egg Is Life Altering

Do you ever sometimes feel like life is just too complicated? My boys are out of school again today because of ice and cold and they wanted a snack of hard boiled eggs. I boiled some up and then began the tedious and maddening process of peeling said eggs, which can take forever and you STILL miss pieces of shell!After I calmed my nerves, I searched hard boiled eggs and found a very short video about peeling eggs that is so quick and easy, I am actually re-thinking my life... well,sort of anyway. It is amazing what you can find when you have a little extra time to kill while trying to distract your thoughts away from the possibility our kids will NEVER return to school...GOOD LORD!
