Leslie - My favorite Mexican food is definitely Fajitas!! And now, my favorite place to go enjoy them is Real Hacienda, off HWY 54, in Owensboro! YUUUUUUUUUUUUUMY!! 

Jon - My favorite Mexican dish has always been tacos, as far back as I can remember. I still love tacos and I cannot pass up a taco from either Taco Bell or Jack In The Box....yes, Jack's tacos are the bomb!!!! I have a particular fondness for 'authentic' Mexican food and by that I mean, REAL honest to goodness Mexican food from the old country. Most of the Mexican food we enjoy today has been very Americanized. My favorite all-time Mexican restaurant is the El Torito in Southern California. Their claim of the most authentic is 100% accurate. There is restaurant Mexican food and then there is El Torito Mexican food, which as authentic as authentic gets, bar none.
