Answer inbound calls regarding payment and billing inquiries, educating customers how to manage and decrease energy consumption for Vectren’s electric and natural gas customers. This is an important role within the organization, representing the face of Vectren.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED. 2-4 years of background in a team-oriented customer service environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in general math skills. Strong PC skills.
Preferred:2-year degree or equivalent credit hours completed.
Salary/Hourly Wage
$11.00 hourly, potential increase upon successfully completing training.
