Job Description

Under the general supervision of the Manager, Facilities Damages, this individual will assist in the Company’s process to bill for and collect amounts due from third parties who have caused damage to Company facilities. Develops and provides data to internal and external customers pertaining to facility damages and collections. Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls. Meets with company employees and contractor representatives as requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, non-engineering.

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

Work Experience Essential: 0 - 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or other comparable experience.

Preferred:

Utilities knowledge preferred. General knowledge of construction procedures, materials used, and average labor hours a plus. Knowledge of Banner and Maximo a plus.
