We all have pet peeves, right? Anyone who knows me knows that I have one particular pet peeve....how engrossed people are in their electronic devices and smartphones, especially in public places when out with friends and family. It just drives me crazy anymore how engaged we are with our devices and how disengaged we are with each other.

Go any place and you will see the only glow in people's eyes anymore is the glow from their smartphone screen. Nobody even looks up anymore and as far as any type of face to face interaction....forget about it!

Leslie and I talk about this all the time on WKDQ. Leslie actually turned me on to the below video and told me I HAD to watch it, so I dropped everything and watched it and I have never been more glad to do so.

The guy in the video is a YouTube poet, known as Prince Ea and this piece is called 'Can We Auto-Correct Humanity?' While you might assume at the very beginning this is going to be something humorous, it is not...in fact, far from it.

I found this video to be nothing short of sheer brilliance that touched me right down to my very core. I have never heard of Prince Ea before this video, but I know one thing...I am now a HUGE fan. This guy REALLY gets it....judge for yourself.
