Insane Video Footage From Inside a Tornado

A little over a week ago, the Moore OK tornado, reminded us of our own, very real tornado threat in the Tri-State. Last year, during the tornado that ripped through the area, I was on my way to work and had to stop at Ellis Park to seek shelter. It was one of the scariest moments I have ever experienced in my life. I could hear the storm, it sounded like a freight train. I sat, with a very kind stranger and prayed. We waited for our part of the storm to pass and then thanked God WE were ok. But, many that day lost everything.

You see and hear, on the news, of the devastation of a tornado after it hits. It looks like a bomb went off. This weather crew saw and video taped the inside of a tornado. Watch the video and not only will you will understand WHY the destruction is so massive, but it will take your breathe away.

All I can say is, these guys have some big kahunas!

What struck me was the almost complete darkness and then the light begins to peek through. It's such a powerful moment.
