Despite the fact the Colts played their worst game of the season in a 38-8 loss to the Rams on Sunday, punter Pat McAfee scored the biggest win of the day by buying a new car for a military family that carried a special surprise — their husband and father who wasn't scheduled to be back home from Afghanistan until the end of the month.

Working with the Wish for Our Heroes Foundation, McAfee learned that the family of Sergeant First Class Jeremy Inocencio was in need of a new vehicle after their one and only car had broken down. Being the first class guy he his, McAfee purchased the family a brand new SUV with his own money, and arranged the surprise reunion.

I'm not what you would call a "cryer", but these types of videos choke me up every time. Being a father of two myself, to see the look on the faces of the kids and the dad as they see each other again for the first time in however long always puts a smile in my face and a little water in my eyes. Kudos to Pat McAfee, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Wishes for Our Heroes Foundation for bringing this family together again.
