It's summertime, so that means cookouts, swimming, and back yard games like corn hole!  Sure, you can go out and buy a decent corn hole board from the store, but have you ever considered making them yourself? They are fairly inexpensive, easy to make, and you can make them look however you want them to!

My friend, Ryan, and I recently took on the task of making corn hole boards, and I must say, there is a great sense of pride that comes from making things like this. I want you to feel that same sense of pride by making your own boards, so I put together a step-by-step on how to make your very own corn hole boards.

The process is all the same, however the creative part is deciding how you would like to paint them. Maybe you want to incorporate your favorite sports team, perhaps you want to paint a special design, or you may just want to keep it simple and make them one color. Whatever you decide, the outcome is the same: fun for everyone who plays on those boards.
