How to File a Complaint About a Business

How many times have you either order something online, purchased a service locally or been deceived by or disappointed by a business? For me, not very often, but several times that have stuck in my mind!

I'll never go back to those places or seek a service from from them and I have often wanted to warn others about the company or business, by sharing my bad experience, but didn't know how to.
