I know I'm not the only one who grew up on one type of music, and ended up digging country.  Shows like CMT Crossroads have showcased Taylor Swift and Def Leppard jamming together.  And just look at stars like Bon Jovi, who transitioned into country after their rock days in the 80's.  Bon Jovi has success because

of the folks with eclectic tastes like myself.  Plus, I've heard in concerts I've been to, Rascal Flatts doing Def Leppard...Chris Cagle doing Bon Jovi...and Luke Bryan doing Metallica!  That got me thinking...time to do a country cover album of 80's, and 90's rock called...Hillbilly Hair!  Here's my suggested track listing:

Rascal Flatts - Pour Some Sugar On Me (Def Leppard)

Jason Aldean - Nothin' But a Good Time (Poison)

Luke Bryan - Enter Sandman (Metallica)

Tim McGraw - Faithfully (Journey)

Keith Urban - Sister Christian (Night Ranger)

Miranda Lambert - We're Not Gonna Take It (Twisted Sister)

Lady Antebellum - Take Me Home Tonight (Eddie Money)

Eric Church - You Give Love a Bad Name (Bon Jovi)

Carrie Underwood - Shadows of the Night (Pat Benetar)

LoCash Cowboys - Cherry Pie (Warrant)

Chris Young - Here I Go Again (Whitesnake)

So...what do you think?  Would you buy it?  What would you add to it?
