Hillary Scott & the Scott Family have released a music video for their song "Thy Will," the first single from their upcoming album, Love Remains.

The "Thy Will" video opens with quiet shots of a cabin in the woods. Scott enters the frame, wearing a white, flowing dress, and leaves the cabin, barefoot, to walk through the woods. While in the woods, Scott uncovers a rope tied in knots, and she works to untie them, a pained, frustrated look on her face at the discovery of each new knot. There's plenty of other meaningful imagery throughout the Shane C. Drake-directed clip as well: thorns, a white horse, and more. Readers can press play above to watch.

Scott penned "Thy Will" following a miscarriage she suffered in late 2015. The singer explains that following the tragic event, she felt “pressure that you’re just supposed to be able to snap your fingers and continue to walk through life like it never happened;" she wrote the song while she and husband Chris Tyrell were "experiencing everything that comes with a miscarriage."

Love Remains is due out on July 29. “They Will” is available for download on iTunes now.
