Hilarious Motor Mouth Parakeet [VIDEO]

My Grandma Morgan always had a bird, in a cage, right in the corner of her dining room, by the window. I remember just watching and listening in hopes the Parakeets would actually say something. But, they never did. LOL I guess that's why I find this bird so incredible!!! Or do I????
