Giving Thanks For The Roots Of Country Music

This year, more than ever, there has been a debate about what's country and what's not.  I've never been one to judge.  I think country music is all about passion, a good story, and a lifestyle that only country fans understand.  Rock, R&B, Soul, and Rap have all mixed into country over the years, and made it what it is, so before you dismiss something as 'not country,' be thankful that from the beginning, country let other influences in, or we wouldn't have folks like the ones in this video.

I'm thankful on this Thanksgiving for all the influences we have in our format that made it what it was, what it is, and what it will be.
