Gibson County Youth Win State Honors in Punt Pass and Kick

It's been 17 years since anyone from Gibson County won the state honors in the NFL Punt Pass and Kick competition, but that streak was broken twice yesterday.

Alexis Tucker of Haubstadt won the 6-7 year old girls division and is expected to finish in the top 10 nationally.

Joey Bichler of Princeton won in the 14-15 year old boys division.

Contestants had to win in local and regional events before competing yesterday in Lucas Oil Stadium.
