According to the National Safety Council over 460 people will die in car crashes this 4th of July holiday and 50,000 people will be injured. So if you're driving somewhere this Fourth of July, these four things could help you arrive safely.

1. Make sure everyone in the car has their seatbelt on.

2. Make sure there's a designated driver for every car that leaves your party.


3. Be well rested BEFORE you start a long drive.
