Florida Georgia Line has had collaborations with multiple artists from other genres on their first two albums. This trend seems to continue on their hands on their new album. This one may be "Larger Than Life."

According to the social media accounts of all five Backstreet Boys members, Florida Georgia Line invited them to hang out the studio recently...when I say "hang out," I mean collaborate with them on their upcoming album.

In mid-June, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter posted the above Instagram photo of himself and FGL's Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley in a recording studio.

Nick Carter hit up social media yesterday and posted this:

THEN, Backstreet member, Howie D, posted this yesterday as well:

In the studio again with my boys. Do I hear a Backstreet Boys/Florida Georgia Line duet....

Brian Littrell, meanwhile, says on his Instagram account that the boy band is "doing something we've never done before," and on their Twitter accounts, Kevin Richardson sent out a photo similar to those of his bandmates, accompanied by the hashtag #BSBSurpriseCollaboration, and AJ McLean writes, "Working on something big with BSB and another amazing group! Ssshhhh it's a secret!"

I think they have made it pretty obvious who the collaboration is with...you're going to have to be a little more secretive if you want it to be a "surprise collaboration."

Neither Hubbard nor Kelley has posted anything about the collaboration, but I would be willing to bet money that you will hear this collaboration on their "Dig Your Roots" album!

As a child of the 90's it's hard for me to say that I dislike the Backstreet Boys...every child of the 90's knew the words to most of their songs wither they admit it or not! Even the boys of FGL were big fans of BSB!

During a recent concert, Kelley shared that his first concert was a Backstreet Boys show, while Hubbard admitted that the first album he ever bought was a Backstreet Boys project. The two then covered the group's hit "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)."
