With summer upon us, kids and families are going to be outside on bikes, 4-wheelers,  and boats, but we want to make sure they are practicing safe habits in the process with Family Summer Safety Day. This event is FREE for the whole family on Saturday, June 11 at the Warrick County 4-H Fair Ground.

Family Summer Safety Day will kick off summertime and teach families more about summer safety before the upcoming hot months. The event will highlight ATV safety, bicycle safety, boating safety, car seat safety, and more!

Boonville Bike Club will be giving away helmets and bicycle lessons on site to all children!

There will be fun for all ages with bounce houses from All Blown Up Inflatables, face painting from a local Shriner, raffle prizes from local vendors, and half pot tickets will be sold as well! Half the pot will go to the lucky winner and the other half will be donated to a local charity.

Vendors that will be highlighting this event include: Warrick County Fire, EMS, and Sheriff Departments, Indiana State Police, DNR, Life Flight, Newburgh Power Sports, and Red Cross.

The 4-H Junior Leaders will have a lunch food booth available.
