Have you ever had this happen, only to find out its the phone of the person sitting in the booth behind you? With the majority of us carrying cell phone, we are constantly thinking its our phone text alert that just chimed or our email notification sound effect. According to Fox Business, its called “Phantom Vibration Syndrome.” We are living in a world of constant checking  of our personal communications devices to see if anyone has communicated with us. No wonder we can’t relax!! lol
