SCACURE Networks, Inc. was established most immediately to address the needs of the Sickle Cell community of 24 Counties throughout Southern Indiana. (Vigo, Clay, Owen, Monroe, Sullivan, Greene, Lawrence, Knox, Daviess, Martin, Orange, Washington, Scott, Clark, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Crawford, Floyd, Posey Vanderburgh, Warrick, Spencer, Perry, and Harrison) SCACURE stands for “Sickle Cell Anemia CURE consistent with the organization’s advocacy efforts to educate, engage, and empower those affected by Sickle Cell Disease and other hemoglobinopathies.
