Evansville’s Best Kept Secret – Patchwork Central [Gallery]

Patchwork Central began in 1977 as a faith- based   neighborhood outreach organization for an inner city neighborhood in need. Today, it has become so much more.

When I was eight years old, I remember trying to rush my mom so I could get to Patchwork Central and work on one of the many projects we were currently working on. Patchwork was just so much fun. They had so much to do and learn. At the time I didn't realize that's exactly what was happening I was Learning. I had been back there in years, but I have never forgotten the program that had a big impact on my life. So recently I decided to go back and see was memories would spawn.
