Evansville Icemen, Savannah Jack and More Things to Do This Weekend and New Year’s Eve in the Tri-State

There is a lot going on this weekend here in the tri-state – If you plan to get your weekend started early, nearly every bar in town has karaoke and pool, and if they don’t, they have booze and food – you can’t miss.
This weekend’s highlights include the Evansville Icemen vs. Elmira on Friday night and then again on Saturday night against Cincinnati at the Ford Center, Savannah Jack at Casino Aztar and Jason Lee McKinney at the Backstage Bar and Grill.
As always, there are plenty of local bands and acoustic artists performing in your favorite bars all over the area.

May 19, 2013 4:00 AM As, you know, Jon refers to me as 'The Cat Lady' on the air. Just because I adopted my first cat a year ago and have since acquired 7 more, doesn't make me a cat lady. Or does it??? ;-) Ok, I know it would appear that I, if I'm not the cat lady NOW, I am well on my way. In the past year, I have become very in tune with cats and all of their personalities. Maybe that's why I love them so much and they, in turn, are drawn to me. lol
