This is his second full season with the IceMen in Evansville and his sixth professional campaign overall. One of the more popular IceMen players in the franchise maiden voyage AA/CHL season of 2010-11. A crowd-pleasing lightning rod and an IceMen “Iron man” of the highest repute. Only he and Brian Bicek played in all 66-games last season. Registered a team-high 161-PIM while contributing 17-points on 6-goals, 11-assists along with 1-PPG, 1-PPA and 1-FG. Lone IceMen player to claim two team awards, “Mr. Hustle” Award and the Community Service Award. One of the members of the 2009-10 IHL Huber Trophy Champions Muskegon Lumberjacks team to come to Evansville for the 2010-11 season. In 2009-10 with the IHL ‘Jacks, collected 10-points in 51-games on 3-goals, 7-assists with 120-PIM and +5 rating. Previously played in the CHL in 2007-08 with the Texas Brahmas. Prior to turning pro, saw action in junior ‘A’ hockey in his native Maritime Provinces with both Halifax and Truro of the MJAHL before taking the Canadian collegiate path to St. Thomas U. In 2001-02 with Halifax, he amassed a mammoth 359-PIM in 48-games while engineering 37-points on 14-goals, 23-assists. The following season, combined with Halifax and Truro, he accrued 273-PIM in 38-outings. In total in junior ‘A’, amassed 632-PIM in 86-games spanning three seasons. His pro career numbers: 149-games; 10-goals; 19-assists; 29-points; 377-PIM.
