EPD Recommends a 9PM Routine to Prevent Car Break Ins

Evansville Police Department recently posted that there's been a number of car thefts and burglaries, so they have a tip to keep you from being a victim! 

EPD posted about a 9PM routine. It's a way to remind yourself before bed to make sure your car is locked, and valuables are out of it.  There has been a number of car burglaries and thefts lately, and EPD said that most of the car thefts involved keys being left in the car.

So make sure to lock up your car before you go to bed, and keep valuables out of it. EPD recommends making a habit out of checking your car, and that's why they've come up with the 9PM routine.
