EPD Citizen’s Academy Adds Fall 2018 Session!

If you want to learn more about our police department, their procedures, and policies, and just general inner-workings, this may be something you'd find interesting! 

Evansville Police Department does a really great job at not only protecting the community, they get involved in it.  They also want the community to get involved in what they're doing, and they want to educate the public on their role in the community.

The Citizen's Academy is a great way to get a real inside look at the police department, through education and programs like this EPD hopes to help the community better understand their role in the community, while also creating a better understanding and communication between them and the public.

If you're interested the Citizens Academy added a Fall 2018 session from September 4th through November 6th.  It's a free of charge 10-week program.
