EPD and Friends Wish Donut Bank Happy Birthday With a Song [WATCH]

It's a very special day at the Donut Bank! The Donut Bank celebrates their 50th Birthday TODAY!! We were there for the celebration this morning. So, was just about everyone else in the Tristate. The Donut Back on Diamond Ave was packed. Phil Smith, of the EPD, gave Mr. Donut Bank, Chis Kempf a special birthday present.
