Dylan Scott was so gracious to come and perform for the St. Jude Give Hope Run on Saturday, that we searched the town for a place that wanted to book him for a full concert that very night.  Backstage Bar And Grill did just that, and fun was had by all.

Dylan and his band played for about 90 minutes including his original material available on his current EP, plus adding in covers from Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, and David Lee Murphy.  Beyond those influences, the crowd loved the integration of some of the not-so-country influences of the 23-year-old, like Juvenile, LMFAO, and Robin Thicke.  All of that, made for one exciting night that tells me this young man is headed for big arenas very soon.  He even stopped at one point to appease yelling members of the crowd requesting Keith Urban's "Cop Car" and a super soulful version of Bruno Mars' "When I Was Your Man."  He didn't miss a beat and added the tunes into the set.  This was a sure sign that these fans had followed Dylan on Youtube to see these covers he's done, which I have included below.

The coolest moment came, when Scott played his debut single "Makin' This Boy Go Crazy," and the Backstage crowd sing along.  Check out what happened below.
