Donations to Help Joplin, MO Victims now being Accepted
You’ve seen the countless images and videos of the rampant destruction throughout Joplin, Missouri being shown on TV and online and you’ve probably wondered if there is something that you could do to help. For a lot of people, heading out there right now and assisting people with the clean-up effort is not possible, but there is still something that you can do to help. Donations are now being accepted throughout the Tri-State at various locations.A Facebook page has recently been setup, Evansville Makes a Difference, with locations posting status updates as to where you can drop off items to help out. If you can make it downtown, all stations here at the Townsquare Media offices are accepting donations. We’re located at 117 SE 5th St. right down the street from the new stadium.
Anything non-perishable, whatever people can think of that they would need will be accepted during business hours at these businesses:
