In order to become a U.S. citizen, you must  take a test that covers American government, history, civics and rights. You are an american so, this test would be a breeze, right? Not necessarily. Newsweek recently asked 1,000 americans to take the test and the results were alarming. Some of the results included a failure rate of 38 percent, 29 percent could not name the Vice President and 6 percent could not find Independence Day on the calendar. Maybe we need to brush up.
